Junior/Cadet Program Admin Manual
This project included the development of an administration manual to meet the needs of volunteers in Western Australia working in brigades, groups and units (BGU) in the emergency services context delivering the junior/cadet program.
The final product was an extensively detailed administration manual including standard operating procedures. The resource development required extensive collaboration with BGU volunteers from the five emergency service volunteer organisations and other key stakeholders.
